Terms of Service

Last updated: October 31, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of yourads (the “Service”), an advertising campaign management and creative tool operated by [Operator legal name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required where you live. You are responsible for keeping your account and sign-in methods secure, providing accurate account details, and activity performed through your account. Authentication is provided by Clerk and may include Google sign-in.

3. The Service and third-party platforms

The Service can organize campaign information, generate marketing suggestions and creative assets, connect to advertising and messaging platforms, and send actions to those platforms when you request them. Features may change, be unavailable, or depend on third-party services.

Meta, TikTok, Google, WhatsApp, Anthropic, Higgsfield, Clerk, and other connected providers are independent services with their own terms, privacy notices, availability, and fees. Your use of them is also governed by their terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers. You are responsible for reviewing permissions and actions before authorizing a connection or sending a campaign live.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights to the text, images, product information, credentials, campaign details, and other materials you submit (“Your Content”). You give us permission to host, process, display, and transmit Your Content as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service and the features you request.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Your Content and use it in your advertising, including any personal information, customer messages, images, trademarks, or testimonials it contains. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your ads, claims, offers, audiences, and customer communications.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, send deceptive or unlawful advertising, violate a connected platform’s rules, distribute harmful code, interfere with the Service, probe or bypass security controls, or access another account or data without permission.

6. AI-generated content and advertising actions

Generated text, images, recommendations, and other outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review them before use; you are responsible for checking facts, rights, disclosures, and platform requirements. Outputs may not be unique.

When you connect an advertising account or request an action, the Service may transmit instructions to that provider. You are responsible for the campaigns, budgets, messages, and charges you authorize. Provider fees and advertising spend are between you and the relevant provider.

7. Security and credentials

Keep connected account credentials confidential and revoke them with the provider if you believe they have been exposed. The Service encrypts stored platform credentials, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably needed to protect the Service or its users, respond to a security issue, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Account data deletion requests can be sent to [Operator contact email]; deletion may be subject to legal obligations, provider systems, and backup retention.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free outputs, campaign performance, or compatibility with third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, [Operator legal name] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, lost profits, advertising spend, or loss of data arising from use of the Service or a third-party service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event or USD $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. Where law requires additional notice or renewed consent, we will provide it.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact us at [Operator contact email] or [Operator business address].
